It is submitted that as notice issued to respondent No.5 was not served, the applicants filed present application seeking permission to serve respondent No.5 through paper publication. Learned Counsel submits that subsequently it came to the knowledge of the Counsel and applicants that

The application is allowed to be withdrawn. The application is disposed of. In view of the statement made by learned Counsel, office objection does not survives.
