As per the documents on record the school entries consistently record the date of birth of the petitioner as 10.01.1990. The SSC certificate also records the date of birth as 10.01.1990. The petitioner is relying on Grampanchayat Balegaon record. The birth of the petitioner is registered on 14.02.2018.

From the documents on record, we do not find any obvious mistake in recording the date of birth of the petitioner in the school record inter alia in the SSC certificate.

Mr. Kudle, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time.
