PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel for the Acquiring Body. Perused the application. He submits that the entire decretal amount to be deposited in this court has already been received to the concerned Department of the Acquiring Body and he shown inclination to deposit the same in this court. 2] In view of submission, there is no impediment to grant stay to the implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award. The impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court is hereby stayed subject to condition that the applicant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon, in this court within a period of four weeks, failure to which the stay granted by this court shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this court and the claimants will be at liberty to recover the decretal amount by resorting to remedy available as per the provisions of law. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
