Heard.

On 30th November, 2017, while allowing the writ petition time bound directions were given to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of six months. Non compliance of the aforesaid order because of pendency of review application has resulted into non adherence of the time limit as was directed by this Court.

Mr. Sawant, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3, so also Mr. Sangle, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have made a categorical statement that amount of compensation with interest as was

2 cp 627.18 directed is deposited in this Court on 28th April, 2023. The aforesaid statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above, since the contempt is purged, I deem it appropriate to dispose of contempt petition. Contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.
