Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking validity of the tribe certificate of the petitioner has been filed on 21.03.2018. The respondent be directed to decide the same expeditiously as the petitioner requires the same for education purpose.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

The respondent/Committee shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
