Mr Latange, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents opposed the claim in the appeals. 3.

The appellants have tendered an undertaking to this Court, that they shall vacate the suit premises within six months from today.

Considering the fact that the appellants are in possession of the suit premises for quite long time, the undertaking is accepted, that they shall vacate the suit premises within six months from today and shall hand over vacant possession thereof to the respondent.

Second Appeals stand disposed of in above terms. 6.

In view of disposal of the appeals, pending Civil Applications do not survive and stand disposed of accordingly.
