Learned Advocate holding for Mr. S.S. Tope submits that Mr. Tope has withdrawn from the panel of acquiring body. 2.

Present applications have been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Though the learned Advocate for the acquiring body has resigned from the panel, there is absolutely no hurdle for dealing with the application. In view of the order passed by this Court, it appears that amount of Rs.26,80,561/- was deposited in this Court. Taking into

1056-ca-10321-19 group (withdrawal).doc consideration the fact that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount and therefore, the applicant is allowed to withdraw amount of 50% of the amount that has been deposited in this Court subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal. 3.
