The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned notices are issued to the petitioner alleging encroachment on the open space and unauthorized construction on the plots. The petitioner had never applied for any construction permission nor is engaged in any construction activity or encroachment as alleged by the Nagar Parishad.

The learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner has no objection if the Nagar Parishad demolishes the alleged construction.

If the petitioner has already replied to the Nagar Parishad that he is not concerned with the alleged construction, then if the construction is going on it is for the Nagar Parishad to take action in accordance with law. The petitioner need not bother about it.

Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
