DATE : SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 ORDER :- It is a death claim. The amount under the impugned award is not more than Rs.2,30,000/-. Interest has been awarded at the rate of 9% per annum. A sum of Rs.2,25,000/- has been deposited with this Court.

The previous application moved by the applicants was rejected with a view that the appeal would be decided at the earliest. The appeal is of 2013. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) from the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial). The application stands disposed of accordingly.
