The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner committed a mistake in writing 'Aurangabad' instead of 'Nandurbar' in prayer clause (B) of the petition, which is reproduced at paragraph No.1 of the order.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. 3.

Leave to correct prayer clause (B) in the disposed off Writ Petition No.7040/2022.
