Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded granted bail to Respondent No.2 - accused with following observations :- "5. It is pertinent to note that documents of treatment is placed on record, reveals that he has undergone long standing treatment and treatment is also going on. He is in jail since more than two years. According to the accused he is 77 years old but his age is shown 70 years old in the charge sheet. I have occasion to see him in personal. He became very anemic. His condition is deteriorated day by day. He is suffering from blood sugar, paralysis and other ailments. Considering his age and ailments suffered by him and there is Government scheme for 'Release UTRC @ 75', who is old age, I am inclined to release the applicant/accused on bail by putting some conditions on recommendation of Review Committee."
