After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and respondent No.6 in person, it has been pointed out that as per the provisions of Section 101 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, there is provision of filing appeal against any order passed by the Board, before the Children's Court or the Court of Sessions, as the case may be.

In view of above specific provision wherein an appeal is provided, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present revision application with liberty to approach the Children's Court/Sessions Court at Nanded. 3.

If such appeal is filed, the concerned court shall consider the fact that the revision was filed before this Court and was pending till today. 4.

With the above observations, present criminal revision application stands disposed of.
