The respondent No. 2 - acquiring body has deposited amount of Rs. 39,53,099/- in this Court. It is submitted that by order dated 22nd April, 2025, only 60% amount was directed to be deposited. However, entire amount of compensation is deposited by the respondent No. 2.

Both the parties are unanimous that in similarly situated matters the claimants are given disbursement of 60% of the amount. Ends of justice would be met by permitting the applicant to receive 60% of the amount deposited with accrued

2 991 ca 8808.25 interest. It is necessary to record that present matter is arising out of project Odhere MIT.

The civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive 60% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. The civil application is disposed of.
