The applicant seeks withdrawal of amount of Rs. 15,27,665/-. He tenders on record copies of orders dated 21.11.2016 and 08.08.2025 passed in identical matters directing the claimants to receive the amount on terms and conditions.

The counsels are ad idem in permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and balance 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The Civil Application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
