I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to file an application for regular bail before Sessions Court after receipt of the final opinion of medical examination of the victim, given by the Medical Officer. It appears that the Medical Officer, who has examined the victim has reserved the opinion till the samples are received.
