Learned counsel for respondent no.2 - Insurance Company submits that, keeping the point of entitlement of the legal heirs for the compensation awarded to deceased in his personal injury claim open, the application for bringing the legal heirs on record may be allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the statement made on behalf of respondent no.2, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' by keeping the point open as contended by the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2.

Civil application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Fix the First Appeal No.932/2006 for hearing on 21.3.2016.
