Issue notice to respondents. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned advocate waives notice for the respondent No. 3. 2.
Mr. Gadhe, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the proposal for correction in staff approval is pending with the Education Officer since May 2017. The learned counsel further submits that, now the powers vest with the State. The Education Officer be directed to forward it to the State and

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that, the Education Officer would refer the proposal received from the petitioner for correction in staffing pattern to the respondent No. 1 within a period of six (06) weeks from today.

In view of the above, on receipt of the proposal, the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
