The learned Addl. G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 2.

Limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Committee be directed to issue certified copy of the tribe certificate dated 24.07.2002 confiscated by the Committee.

It appears that tribe certificate of the petitioner is cancelled and confiscated because of the wrong spelling of the tribe in the tribe certificate.

For obtaining the corrected copy, the petitioner is required to obtain attested copy of the tribe certificate from the Committee. 5.

In light of that, the Committee shall issue the attested copy of the tribe certificate dated 24.07.2002 submitted by the petitioner to it within seven days from the date of filing of the application by the petitioner.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
