PER COURT :- The petitioner makes a grievance that, his objection in respect of ward formation, has not been dealt with, by respondent No.3 Collector or the concerned Deputy Collector. Learned counsel appearing for the Sate Election Commission, states on instructions that, the objection raised by the petitioner has been dealt with and an appropriate order has already been passed. If the petitioner approaches respondent No.3 with a request to supply him copy of the order, the concerned respondent shall supply the copy in observance of the procedure prescribed in respect of supply of copies, immediately. It would be open for the petitioner to raise a challenge to the adverse decision, if he feels prejudiced thereby.
