The petitioner is objecting to the tender process finalized by Respondents No.1 to 3 in respect of purchase of plot for setting up electricity distribution 33 KV sub-station.

On perusal of the petition as well as after hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner, we are satisfied that there is no loss to the exchequer or that the respondents have not been put to financial inconvenience or loss.
