Having heard the learned Advocates for the petitioners and respondent No.4 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, we find that the grievance voiced by the petitioners in paragraph No.5, is put forth directly before this Court without even approaching either the State authorities or respondent No.4. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would prepare a representation and serve the same on respondent No.4 within three weeks.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.4, fairly submits that, if such a representation is placed before the authority and if the authority desires to acquire the land, the due process of law would be followed.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.
