We have heard Mr. Choudhary, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents.

The committee was directed to decide the validation proceedings of the petitioner within nine (09) months as per the order dated 01.04.2016 in Writ Petition No. 3699 of 2016. The learned Counsel submits that though three years have lapsed, the same are not yet decided. 3.

The committee ought to have obeyed order passed by this Court. It is submitted that in case of the sister of the petitioner vigilance is already conducted and the said matter is kept before the committee on 01.08.2019. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.08.2019. The committee shall thereafter decide the said proceedings positively within a
