31.08.2018 P.C. :- The petitioners have tendered applications to the Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of tribe certificates recording correct spelling of the tribe 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioners are in receipt of the tribe certificates issued by the competent authorities wherein the description of the tribe has been recorded wrongly and said description is not in consonance with the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950.

In the circumstances, these petitions stands disposed of with directions to the Sub Divisional Officer to issue tribe certificates on production of the tribe certificates already received by the petitioners recording the correct spelling of the tribe as 'Mannervarlu'.
