Wife of the petitioner is not keeping well. The medical papers on record vouch for the same. The petitioner's claim for grant of parole has been turned down on the ground that one and half year has not passed post his earlier grant of parole. 2.

Since wife's medical ground has been made out on the basis of medical papers of Government hospital, we are inclined to grant the petitioner parole for a period of 15 days. Since he is in open prison, he shall be released on P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- and on usual other conditions. The petitioner shall surrender post 15 days are over from the date of his actual release. 3.

The petition stands disposed of.
