Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned APP appearing for respondent - State. Perused the notes of evidence. 2.

Upon perusal of the notes of evidence, it appears that, there is sufficient evidence against the applicant, therefore, findings recorded by the trial Court while deciding the appeal are inconsonance with evidence on record. Hence, the present application for bail stands rejected.

The Registry of this Court shall send original Record and Proceedings to the Registry of the Court of Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, District Ahmednagar. Upon receiving the original record and proceedings by the Registry of the Court of Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, District Ahmednagar, the Registry of concerned Court shall prepare the paper-book and send it back to this Court along with
