Heard the respective counsel.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reasons assigned for the delay were beyond the control of the applicant. There was no deliberate delay in filing the application. However, the learned counsel for the respondents oppose the application contending that the reasons assigned for the delay are not reasonable.

Perused the application. The Court is satisfied that there was no inordinate delay in preferring the revision. The reasons are sound. Hence the delay is condoned.

The application is allowed in the above terms.

The respondents are granted liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant in view of the orders of this Court.
