The learned adovcate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is only praying for a direction to the respondent / Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar to decide his pending representation and this petition can be disposed of. He is praying for posting in the local areas in the region which is demarcated as the PESA area as he is a local tribal.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the pending representation of the petitioner would be decided expeditiously by the Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.

We expect that the Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar will decide the pending representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30-09-2023 in the light of the government resolutions dated 05-03-2015 and 23-07-2018 by taking into account the laws/policies applicable and the vacancies available.
