The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that RCS No.231/2019 has now been filed by the petitioners before the Civil Court seeking declaration and possession. Considering the order of this Court dated 08/08/2017 passed in similar circumstances in WP No.3341/2017, Aurangabad in the matter of Subhash Ramdas Koli and another Vs.Ramdas Madhav Koli, died through LR's, the mutation entries would be subjected to the result in the civil proceedings and this petition can be disposed off. 2.
