Leave to correct the prayer clause.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he is 69 years old, retired long back, and his Complaint (ULP) No.85 of 2021 filed under Section 28(1) and under item 5, 9 and 10 of Schedule IV of Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labor Laws Practices Act, 1971, is till today not decided by the Industrial Court. He claims that the issue raised in his complaint is already decided by the Industrial Court in similar circumstances in Complaint (ULP) No.108 of 2018 with 37 connected Complaints.

Fact remains that ex parte order is passed in his complaint on 17/03/2022.

Considering the above peculiar facts of the case, the Industrial Court is directed to decide the Complaint of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
