Applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay caused in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of the respondent nos. 2a to 2d on record and to bring their names on record. For which, learned Advocate for the proposed respondent nos. 2a to 2d, and other respondents have given no objection. 2.
Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection of the learned Advocate for the respondents, the Application is allowed as prayed.

The delay caused in filing the application is condoned. Applicant/ appellant is permitted to bring the LRS of respondent nos. 2a
2 915.odt to 2d on record. The applicant is directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today; failing to do so, the application shall be dismissed. On carrying out the amendment, the applicant is directed to supply a copy of the amended application to the respondents within one week thereafter.
