We do not find any unreasonableness in the policy framed by the State Government in its Government Resolution dated 30th June, 2017. The policy framed is neither violative of any legal provisions or the statutory rules nor it can be said to be beyond competence of the administration. 03.

In view of the above, no interference is called for. The petition is devoid of substance and the same is rejected.
