Learned Advocate representing petitioner was absent in morning session and, therefore, we had kept back the matter. He is absent in afternoon session also.

On last occasion i.e. on 04.08.2025, we had heard learned Advocate appearing for petitioner for a while and then, when we expressed that learned Advocate for petitioner to take instruction from his client that he would be required to deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to show bonafides, learned Advocate had requested that the matter to be kept back for taking instructions. However, he was absent when matter was called out on two occasions i.e. at 2.30 pm and 04.38 pm. We had adjourned matter as a last chance to make statement. However, today also he is absent. We take
