By way of this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent Nos.2 to 7 for inquiry in the matter and submit the report before this Court in respect of her application dated 24.09.2022. She has also sought direction to Respondent Nos.2 to 6 to initiate inquiry against the Investigating Officer who had formally recorded the statement of absconded criminal in another FIR by making allegations against the said Investigating Officer who is trying to save the accused persons. However, the record shows that the concerned Investigating Officer has already carried out the inquiry by recording statement of four witnesses and found that there was no substance in the application of the present Petitioner. The report of Investigating Officer dated 09.11.2022 is on record mentioning all

( 2 ) 25 cri wp 1043.25 these facts. As such, when the inquiry in respect of the application of the Petitioner is already conducted and no substance is found, we are not inclined to issue any directions in this matter as prayed. 2.
