The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B) By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the like nature, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to pass the award under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in respect of the land acquired of the petitioner out of Gat No.681 situated at Mouje Vadzari, Tq.Patoda, Dist. Beed and pay the amount of compensation within period stipulated by this Hon'ble High Court."

We have heard the learned advocates for the

*2* 933wp9884o19 respective sides and have perused the petition paper book with their assistance.

On instructions, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the respondents may only state the time frame within which the award would be published. 4.

The learned AGP submits that whatever is the time frame prescribed by the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the award can be published within the said time frame.

In view of the above, we expect that the award shall be delivered as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within the time frame as is prescribed under the 2013 Act, to be calculated from 15.05.2022 onwards.
