The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B) The Respondent No.2 committee may kindly be directed to decide and finalise the Tribe Claim verification proceedings of the petitioner of Koli Mahadev Schedule Tribe which are pending since 18.11.2017, as early as possible." 2.

The learned AGP representing the Scrutiny Committee submits, on instructions, that the proceedings are closed for orders and the order would be pronounced within three weeks from today.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The Committee shall ensure that the order in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner, is passed on or before 21.10.2022.
