The learned Advocate appears on behalf of the contesting respondent No.1. The learned AGP appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners has seriously and strenuously criticized the impugned order dated 16/07/2019 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, granting an ad-interim status-quo to respondent No.1 in his appeal preferred
- 2 - before the said authority.

The date before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad for hearing the parties in the said appeal is posted today, which is 31/07/2019.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.1 submits that the said respondent would try his level best to work out the matter today. However, in the event of any difficulty, time may be extended by another 2 days upto 03/08/2019, which is a working Saturday and he would work out the appeal before respondent No.5. 5.
The learned AGP submits that he will forthwith inform respondent No.5 to commence the hearing in the proceedings and conclude the hearing by 03/08/2019.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The litigating sides shall endeavour to commence their oral submissions in the said appeal bearing No.CR-158/2019 filed by respondent No.1 Zingraji
- 3 - Bajaba Misal, today itself and the parties shall conclude their submissions on or before 03/08/2019. Thereafter, respondent No.5 shall post the matter on 30/08/2019 for pronouncing his order at 11.00 a.m. and shall keep copies of his order ready to be supplied to the litigating sides on that date.
