The Petitioner claims to be the custodian of the Close Circuit TV recording. According to him, he had presented the CCTV footage to the investigating officer. However, it is not a part of the charge sheet in RCC No.296 of 2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate (First Class), at Ambajogai. According to him, he has moved an Application Exhibit-31/D praying for orders and directions to the investigating officer to produce the piece of evidence. The said Application is said to be pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the learned Court dealing with RCC No.296 of 2023, to decide Application Exhibit-31/D expeditiously, if not already decided, on its own merit.
