Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition. He, however, seeks direction to the Co-operative Court at Nanded, to decide Dispute CCN No. 92/2022, expeditiously. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent records no objection for the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no locus standii to file the petition. Since the petition is not contested and withdrawn, by keeping the said issue open in appropriate proceeding, the petitioner is permitted to be withdrawn. The cooperative Court is requested to decide the Dispute CCN No. 92/2022, expeditiously and in any case within a period of one year.
