Admittedly, this Court by order dated 07/07/2021, appointed learned advocate Mr. Kishor C. Sant, as arbitrator, by the consent of the parties. Since the learned advocate Mr. Kishor C. Sant is elevated to the Bench of this Court, present application is filed seeking appointment of arbitrator.

Both the learned advocates for respective parties submit that arbitration proceeding is at the stage of final argument. They both agree on the name of learned advocate Mr. Girish V. Wani, to be appointed as arbitrator.
