In spite of our specific observation and we having granted liberty to the petitioner in earlier round in Writ Petition No. 7330 of 2023, by order dated 03 July 2023, to approach the Tribunal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 (for short 'MEPS Act) the petitioner has been emboldened and ill-advised to approach us again challenging the order.

The conduct of the petitioner and that of the person at whose advice this is being done is highly vexatious and clear abuse of the process.

We dismiss the petition by imposing costs of Rs. 3000/- to be deposited in this Court within a period of two weeks which shall be a condition for entertaining the appeal under Section 9 of the MEPS Act. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J. ] [ MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ] spc/
