The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the respondent No. 1 has directed the Additional Collector, Aurangabad to forward the report with regard to the claim of the petitioner for refund of the auction amount on 24.02.2016. 2.

It is further submitted that, the Collector has also sent a report in the negative to the respondent No. 1.

In fact, the decision was required to be taken as per the orders of this Court earlier only. However, by way of indulgence we direct the respondents to take decision within a period of two

(2) months from today. In case the decision is not favourable to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceedings. The contempt petition accordingly is disposed of.
