Though respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are served, none present for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Shri Upadhye, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant-insurer is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation awarded by the learned Member MACT, Osmanabad in MACP No. 365 of 2016 by the judgment and award dated 5th February, 2020.

In view of the submission on behalf of the applicant, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Member MACT, Osmanabad in MACP No. 365 of 2016 dated 5h February, 2020 is stayed till the final disposal of the appeal subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon till the date of deposit, within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

In the event of failure on the part of the applicant to deposit the entire amount within the aforesaid period, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 - Original Claimants would be at liberty to seek the execution of the award before the learned Tribunal.
