The Petitioners apprehend alteration in the mutation entries on the basis of the order dated 23.05.2022 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, although the Revision Petition under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code has been lodged by the Petitioners on 25.07.2022. The said revision is pending before Respondent No.1/State Revenue Minister.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that even the stay application is yet to be decided.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.1 to issue notices to the Respondents within 07 (seven) days from today and decide the stay application of the Petitioners, on or before 30.09.2023. After deciding the stay application, the Revision Petition be decided within three months thereafter.
