This application is filed for setting aside the Registrar (Judicial's) order dated 25th August, 2021. By the said order the Registrar (Judicial) had passed a conditional order in group of matters, which included the present matter. As the applicant did not comply with the directions given in the order the Second Appeal was dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause "B" and "C". 3.

The learned advocate for the applicant has granted permission of two weeks to comply with the objection raised in the matter.
