The petition is moved by the petitioner for withdrawal of writ petition on the ground that appointment order is issued. 2.

Mr. Devkate, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the appointment order is issued pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court and in compliance of the said order.

We had asked a specific question to the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, as to whether the appointment order

As the request is made by the petitioner for withdrawal of writ petition simplicitor, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
