An F.I.R. No. 11/2011 was registered on 05.12.2011, with the MIDC Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad. After investigation, a B-summary Report was tendered. The same was, however, rejected by the Trial Court. Thereafter, the offence was put to trial, and in Sessions Case No. 75/2013, the learned Court delivered a Judgment on 31st January, 2025 and the Applicant has been acquitted of the Charge of having committed the offence under Section 506, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate submits, on instructions, that nothing survives in this Application and the same is rendered infructuous.

Hence, this Criminal Application is disposed off as being infructuous.
