CORAM : R. M. JOSHI, J.

DATE : 6th DECEMBER, 2023.

PER COURT :

1.

Inspite of order passed by this Court on 3rd November, 2023, the Investigating Offcer has failed to place investigation papers on record. Even Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar, did not bother to look into the matter for taking appropriate steps. 2.

Learned APP states that order dated 3rd November, 2023 is duly communicated to Investigating Offcer as well as Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar.

3.

The conduct of Investigating Offcer as well as Superintendent of Police only indicates that they have no interest in opposing the applications for anticipatory bail fled by the applicants. Hence, all the applications are allowed in terms of the interim order.

- 3 - This order be forwarded to the higher authority for taking necessary action against the concerned.
