The learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, submits that investigation in the matter is substantially progressed and chargesheet is likely to be filed soon. As such, the learned counsel seeks leave of this court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the same afresh before the trial Court after filing of the chargesheet. 2.

Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In view of the above, the application filed for assisting APP is also disposed of accordingly.
