The learned A.G.P. states that the proposal for sanction of the posts is already forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education to the Director of Education but, as there is order of status quo passed at the Principal Seat at Bombay with regard to the Government Resolution dated 13.12.2013, no further orders are passed. Learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that till decision is taken by the Director of Education over the proposal, the petitioners would be continued in their parent institutions.

In the light of that, we dispose of the writ petitions as the

Writ petitioners are disposed of. No costs.

In case of further eventuality, the parties at liberty to approach this Court.
