It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner's original application is pending before the Tribunal. In that event, the petitioner can press for interim application before the Tribunal. On 25th and 26th September, 2021 only exams are to be held as per the fresh selection process. It will take time for declaration of result. It is submitted that the matter is kept before the Tribunal on 29th September, 2021. On the said date, the petitioner may request the Tribunal for consideration of interim application on its own merits.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
